General Ticket Terms and Conditions
1. Airlink is an Official Partner of the Rugby’s Greatest Rivalry 2026 Tour and has been allocated a limited number of match-day tickets for selected matches.

2. Each competition prize will consist of the number of tickets stated in the relevant social media post for the specified match, date and venue.

3. The prize consists of four (4) general access tickets. The winner must attend the match and may bring three (3) guests.

4. Tickets are subject to availability and may not be exchanged for another match, date or seating category.

5. Tickets are for seats within the General Access, Grandstand or Pavilion areas. Final seating allocations will be determined by the event organiser and cannot be selected or changed by the winner.

6. Tickets are non-transferable, may not be resold and cannot be exchanged for cash, Skybucks or any other benefit.

7. The winner must attend the match and may take the permitted number of guests stated in the competition post.

8. Should the winner no longer be able to attend, the tickets must be returned to Airlink and may be awarded to another eligible entrant.

9. Airlink will provide match tickets only. Transport, accommodation, meals, beverages, parking and all other associated expenses will be for the winner’s and their guests’ own accounts.

10. Winners and their guests must comply with all ticketing, venue, security and entry requirements imposed by the event organiser or venue.

11. Airlink will not be responsible if a winner or guest is refused admission due to a failure to comply with the applicable entry requirements.

12. Airlink is not responsible for any match cancellation, postponement, venue change or other event-related change outside its reasonable control. Any replacement or amended arrangements will be subject to the event organiser’s policies.

13. Airlink reserves the right to verify a winner’s eligibility and withdraw the prize if false, incomplete or misleading information has been provided.

14. Airlink’s decision regarding the selection of winners and awarding of tickets is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

Social Media Competition Terms and Conditions
15. The promoter is Airlink (Pty) Ltd.

16. Entry is open to individuals who meet the eligibility requirements stated in the applicable competition post.

17. Entrants must be 18 years or older unless otherwise stated.

18. To enter, participants must complete all steps specified in the relevant competition post before the stated closing date and time.

19. Only entries submitted on the original Airlink competition post will be considered.

20. Unless otherwise stated, only one valid entry per person will be accepted for each competition.

21. Incomplete entries, automated entries, duplicate accounts, fake profiles or entries submitted through third parties will not be accepted.

22. Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received before the competition closes.

23. Winners will be contacted only through Airlink’s official social media accounts. Airlink will never request payment or banking card details to release a prize.

24. A winner may be required to provide their full name, contact details, identification and any additional information reasonably required to confirm eligibility and issue the tickets.

25. Should a selected winner fail to respond within the period communicated by Airlink, provide the required information or meet the eligibility requirements, Airlink reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

26. By entering, participants agree that Airlink may announce their name or social media handle if they are selected as a winner.

27. The prize may not be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash.

28. Personal information collected will be used only to administer the competition, verify winners, issue prizes and meet Airlink’s legal or operational requirements.

29. Airlink reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the competition where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary.

30. The competition is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram or any other social media platform on which it appears.

Skybucks Member Bonus
31. Where a 50,000 Skybucks bonus is included, it will be awarded only to a verified Skybucks member who is selected as the competition winner.

32. The winner must have an active Skybucks account by the competition closing date.

33. The personal details provided by the winner must match the information registered on their Skybucks account.

34. The Skybucks bonus is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credited to another person’s account.

35. The bonus will be credited after the winner’s account and eligibility have been successfully verified.
