Reservations & Ticketing Queries:
It is our top priority to assist customers and agents with ticketing, reservation and schedule change queries for travel within 72 hours. We would like to encourage agents and customers to email these queries to [email protected] and not to call the Agent Helpline or Head Office. We assure you that your email will be attended to.
Where possible, we urge all customers to re check their itineraries using the “Manage My Booking” function on the relevant flight booking websites or to contact their booking agents.
If your query does not relate to any of the above, please contact our Head Office on +27 11 451 7300 during offices hours 08h00 – 16h30 for someone to assist you. “We apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank our customers for their patience, support and understanding during this time” said Mr Foster.
Refund Requests:
We encourage our customers to postpone their travel date and where possible not to cancel their reservation. No-shows will forfeit their ticketed sector.
