1) The promoter is Airlink (Pty) Ltd (“Airlink”).
2) The competition is open to individuals who meet the eligibility requirements stated in the applicable competition post.
3) Entrants must be 18 years or older unless otherwise stated.
4) The competition will run for the period stated in the applicable competition post. Entries received after the stated closing date and time will not be considered.
5) To enter, participants must comment on the applicable Airlink competition post and share their favourite Castle Double Malt Rugby’s Greatest Rivalry moment, together with why that moment mattered to them.
6) Entries may be submitted on any social media platform on which Airlink publishes the competition, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X and Threads, where the applicable platform allows commenting or replies.
7) Entries must be visible and accessible to Airlink during the competition and winner selection process. Airlink cannot be held responsible for entries that cannot be located or viewed due to privacy settings, deleted content, platform restrictions or any other reason beyond Airlink’s reasonable control.
8) Unless otherwise stated, only one valid entry per person will be accepted for the competition. Where more than one entry is submitted by the same person, Airlink reserves the right to accept only one entry.
9) Incomplete entries, automated entries, duplicate accounts, fake profiles or entries submitted through third parties will not be accepted.
10) Two winners will each receive one prize consisting of a signed Springboks jersey and signed All Blacks jersey set.
11) Winners will be selected from all valid entries received before the competition closes.
12) Airlink reserves the right to take the relevance, originality and completeness of an entry into consideration when selecting winners.
13) Winners will be contacted only through Airlink’s official social media accounts. Airlink will never request payment or banking card details in order to release a prize.
14) A winner may be required to provide their full name, contact details, identification and any additional information reasonably required to confirm eligibility and arrange delivery or collection of the prize.
15) Should a selected winner fail to respond within the period communicated by Airlink, fail to provide the required information or fail to meet the eligibility requirements, Airlink reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
16) By entering, participants agree that Airlink may announce their name or social media handle if they are selected as a winner.
17) By entering, participants grant Airlink the right to repost, share or otherwise use their competition entry for purposes related to the administration and promotion of the competition, with appropriate credit where reasonably possible.
18) The prize may not be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash.
19) Airlink cannot guarantee the placement, appearance or condition of individual signatures on the jerseys, and the prize will be awarded as supplied.
20) Personal information collected will be used only to administer the competition, verify winners, arrange delivery or collection of prizes and meet Airlink’s legal or operational requirements.
21) Airlink reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the competition where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary.
22) The competition is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Threads or any other social media platform on which it appears.
