Airlink is aware of some of its customers experiencing difficulties when proceeding to check-in online via the website, and together with our technical solutions provider, we are urgently working to resolve the issue. We can confirm that the issue is only experienced on the website, and not the mobile app, and we therefore encourage all customers to check-in via the FlyAirlink mobile app instead.
All notifications received by customers stating that check-in is open, sent out via SMS and Email, can continue to proceed through the check-in process without experiencing the known issue.
