Airlink re-introduces its third flight to mthatha, increasing customer convenience and connectionsDate: 01 Mar 2019
Airlink is pleased to announce that it will be re-introducing its midday flight between Johannesburg and Mthatha on 7 March 2019.
The additional midday flights will operate weekday, Monday’s to Fridays and will depart from OR Tambo International at 12h00 arriving at Mthatha at 13h15. The return flight will depart from Mthatha at 13h35 arriving at OR Tambo International at 14h50. The service is operated by an Embraer 135 regional jet.
“With the re-introduction of the midday flights, customers can now choose from three flights per day offering added convenience and flexibility and providing the opportunity for travellers arriving from other points within the global network to connect more easily to our Mthatha flights”, said Karin Murray, Airlink’s Sales and Marketing Manager. “This includes not only international travellers arriving on morning long-haul flights at OR Tambo but also domestic and regional travellers coming from points such as Harare, Cape Town and Durban”, added Murray.
