How much does a charter cost?
This is very dependent on the destinations, aircraft used, flight distances and passenger numbers involved. It is important to remember that when chartering, you are paying for the exclusive use of the aircraft on a specific date and routing.
Which airports can I charter to?
Although there are multiple airports across Southern Africa that can be utilised, not all are suitable for every aircraft type or passenger load. The destinations must comply with all relevant safety, security and operational requirements and we must be able to provide suitable ground support for the charter operation. We do not however charter any of our aircraft into unsurfaced airfields.

How far in advance do I need to book?
It is best not to leave charter arrangements for the last minute. Securing aircraft, crew, airport slots, permissions and a veritable host of other ancillary services required for such operations can take time to plan and procure.
Are Airlink charter flights safe?
The aircraft and crew used for charter are the same aircraft and crew that operate on our scheduled services, and are thus held to the same stringent maintenance and training standards laid down by both local and international authorities such as the SACAA, IATA and ICAO.
