Introducing Mjejane Game Reserve
A true privilege and a very rare find
On the southern banks of the
meandering Crocodile River, this
4 000 hectare reserve overlooks
the Kruger National Park. In 2008 the
fence separating Mjejane from the Kruger
National Park was removed, allowing the
animals of the Park to roam freely through
Mjejanes’ pristine indigenous bush.
It has been agreed that ecologically,
Mjejane will be managed by the Kruger
National Park Authority, therefore
making Mjejane an extension of the
Kruger National Park. From Mjejane
there will be direct access to the Kruger
Park via a low-level bridge. This will
be for the exclusive use of Mjejane
residents and will allow owners to
traverse the vast network of roads in
the Kruger at their leisure.
The Mjejane Game Reserve is the
result of a joint venture between the
local community and big business to
facilitate a sustainable world class
development. The Mjejane community
is proud to invite you to share in this
part of untouched African wilderness
as one of a select few.
Location
Mjejane is situated four hours from
Gauteng and 40 minutes from Kruger
Mpumalanga International Airport off
the N4 just past the town of Hectorspruit.
From this location you are perfectly
positioned to explore the splendours
of the Lowveld, travel a mere two
hours to some of the finest beaches in
Africa or spend a day visiting exciting
Swaziland.
Fractional ownership at
Mjejane lodges
Burgherr Investments has introduced
fractional ownership of its luxury river
lodges and bush lodge. The lodges range
in size from 650 to 1 067 square metres,
comprise four to eight en-suite bedrooms
and are completely furnished for luxury
and ultimate comfort. They include rimflow
pools, air conditioners, private
gyms, DSTV, game vehicles, wine rooms
and other creature comforts provided
in the most eco-friendly manner. These
well-appointed lodges are ideal for
entertainment and relaxation for your
family, friends or as a corporate venue.
Small conference facilities are available
as well at an exclusive boutique hotel in
the reserve.
The lifestyle
Let your senses go wild as you conjure
up the ideal day... Venture out for an
early morning game drive with your
personal ranger and tracking vehicle or
simply sleep in – after all, you deserve
it. Have a hearty breakfast, then laze
the hot sunny day away on your deck
overlooking the gurgling Crocodile
River. Slip into your rim-flow pool to
cool off, go bird-watching or simply
have a snooze… the day is yours.
Imagine absorbing the magic of a river
sunset from the deck while watching
animals meet at the rivers’ edge. The sky
turns, a perfectly clear night emerges as
the noises of Africa start their nocturnal
orchestra. Sit around the mesmerising
fire in your boma with the distant roar
of lions and the huffing of hippos in the
river below you. Enjoy a lavish dinner
before retiring to bed to prepare for
another ‘gruelling’ day.
Breathe in the very essence of the
African wild.
Your investment
Fractional ownership is the most
effective way to own an exclusive piece
of the bush. Since the fractions are
ideally suited for private and corporate
investors, this development allows
solid financial growth, at the same time
offering premier lifestyle enjoyment.
Fractions are available from as little as
R395 000 up to R1 650 000, depending on
your fractional investment requirements.
This entitles you to enjoy either a two- or
four-week fraction every year depending
on which level of luxury is selected.
This exclusive offer is limited and, due
to its rarity, it is expected to be fully
subscribed in a short period of time.
